I specialise in leading employees through big changes during times of uncertainty. I’m passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures that equip employees with the knowledge and ability to engage in, and grow with, change.
An award-winning communications leader and Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner, I have over 15 years’ experience developing and implementing impactful communications strategies and change management initiatives across global organisations.
With expertise in media (New York Times, BBC), sustainability (World Business Council for Sustainable Development), finance (Aegon), I deliver:

I’ve been recognised for innovative, award-winning work and thought leadership, including New York Times Publisher's Awards and Aegon Global Award nominations. I’m fluent in French, German and Hungarian.
As well as acting as a mentor to young women navigating their careers, I volunteer in my spare time. I’ve supported Women’s Initiatives for Gender Justice, MIND and ACCESS.

I’m recognised for my ability to demystify complex subjects, lead cross-functional teams, and successfully execute large-scale projects that support organisational growth and employee satisfaction. I’m passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and bringing a global perspective to change management challenges.
Outside of work, I’m an accomplished photographer and award-nominated game designer. I’ve also achieved success as an Amazon-chart-topping novelist, showcasing diverse talents and creative problem-solving skills beyond the business world.
